Coaches will assign goalies to a session based their assessment of their current ability and intensity level.

Cost
$385 for 7 sessions. Limited to 12 goalies per session. We will occasionally have guest spots available.
We will post openings for guests on our instagram page.
Guest fee is $65 per session.

Through stations and small group work, our coaching staff will concentrate the training in a progression from the most basic skills through developing a foundation that can be built on for years to come. Additionally, our coaches will provide goalies with strategies that can be implemented for ongoing skill improvement.
Instruction will be detailed and will concentrate on fundamentals while providing goalie-specific stations. Skills that will be taught include, but not limited to, communication, angle play/arcs, rebound control, stance and ready position, clearing and outlets, shots on the doorstep, and efficiency in stopping the ball. Specific drills and workouts will be available after the session, upon request, for players to take with them and practice on their own.
